Fitness When You`re 40?

Time is passing by a lot faster than you imagined when you were twenty-five. However, you may stay in shape and look good if you have a healthy diet and an active lifestyle.

Jog while you take the dog for a walk, it will be great to feel your muscles working and you heart full of life. Always ask for medical advice before you start a fitness program and let him know about any problem that may show up.
