The Health Benefits of SEX

It is the female’s supply of oxytocin which surges during orgasm that enables further sexual receptivity (and possibly multiple orgasms) and provides the touchy-feely sensation she has after sex. Since men lack decent amounts of this hormone they tend to just want to roll over and have a post-coital nap.
Oxytocin can apparently regulate blood pressure and temperature and even relieve pain and promote the healing of wounds. But calling a spade a spade, this hormone clearly makes you feel good and decrease stress, and both of these things are good for your body.
The physical aspect of sex is great for giving your cardiac muscle (your heart) and skeletal muscle good workouts. It’s also a good way to give yourself a good stretch. Girls, having your ankles behind your ears for 20 minutes gives a great hamstring stretch! And obviously different positions work different muscles. If you want an added workout just clench your abs at each pulse.
Totally forgetting about the absolutely blissful orgasmic pleasures, the health benefits of sex come from the chemical and the physical. And like tucking into your vegies, remember to have as much (safe and legal) sex as you can. It’s just what the Doctor ordered!
